MOUNT HOLLY, Vt. – The Mount Holly PTSA is having their first ever citrus sale. The sale features Indian River Groves citrus from Florida. The fundraiser runs now through Feb. 12.
The citrus comes fresh from Florida on a temperature controlled truck and will be delivered to the elementary school the second week of March. Students and parents are very excited about this new fundraiser and the chance to brighten up our kitchens with some fresh Florida fruit.
The proceeds all go to the PTSA, which funds the children’s ski program, the environment program 4 Winds, field trips, educational technology, and many other classroom and community projects. If you are interested in purchasing some citrus and don’t know a Mount Holly student personally, stop by The Belmont Store. You can order your citrus at the store and pick it up there as well.
