LANGDON, N.H. – According to head coach Smokey Aumand, the Fall Mountain Regional High School junior varsity baseball team “has some of the best ball players from the Fall Mountain area playing this year, and they will definitely be tough to beat as they advance to the varsity ranks.”

There are four players batting over 300: Dominic Van Laere-Nutting, playing shortstop, .393; one tough catcher Curtis Hosley batting .393; maybe the league’s best first baseman Noah Blake also hitting .393; and Lucas Roy belting out a solid .359.

Six boys share the mound with a “keep you guessing” variety of hard to hit pitches: Lucas Roy, Owen Aubin, Dominic Van Laere-Nutting, Hayden Anastasio, Noah Blake, and Noah “Gutz” Gutierrez. Coach Smokey said, “These boys of the spring will be very tough contenders in the next few years. Here we come!”
