WESTMINSTER, Vt. – A Celebration of Life memorial service for Phyllis Anderson will be held Saturday, Oct. 16 at 2 p.m. at the First Congregational Church of Westminster. Phyllis passed away Nov. 5, 2020 at the wonderful age of 97. We’ll be indoors for the service (masks required) followed by music and light refreshments outside.
