WALPOLE, N.H. – Myra K. Welch, 93, of High Street, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, Dec. 27, 2018, the result of a fall. Myra was born in Fall River, Mass. March 3, 1925, the daughter of Ralph and Anna (O’Neil) Kemp. She was a 1943 graduate of Bellows Falls High School and worked for Manning Publishing, Robertson Paper Company, and Walpole Wire. She enjoyed her cats and never had a complaint.
On May 13, 1944, she married Almon Welch who predeceased her. She is survived by her sons Allen Welch and wife Janis of Indiana, Paul Welch and wife Margo of Georgia, William Welch and wife Donna of Alaska, Kevin Welch and wife Judy of New Hampshire, Gary Welch and fiancé Michelle Harris of Vermont; her daughters Mary Barrett and husband Frank of North Carolina and Elizabeth Van Sickle and husband Ron of North Carolina; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by her children Regina Blais, John Welch, Mark Welch, Joan Meier, and Barbara Jean Welch.
