SPRINGFIELD, Vt. – Save the dates for the third annual Springfield Wellness Week, March 22-28. The Springfield community will host a series of health and wellness related activities – free and open to the public! Activities will take place at various locations, including the Springfield Town Library and the Edgar May Recreation Center.
We’re excited to bring this collaborative event to the community to showcase the many health and wellness resources available in our area. Attend fun and engaging activities, classes, and presentations. Learn and experience more about what health and wellness means for you. Tai Chi, healthy food options, financial wellness, art, music, and spiritual wellbeing are just some of the offerings featured at this year’s Springfield Wellness Week.
Join us for a keynote presentation by Joni Foster-Robison, Holistic Nurse Practitioner with the Lifestyle Medicine program at Springfield Medical Care Systems, Monday, March 23 at 5 p.m. at the Great Hall. Healthy snacks will be available for sampling. You’ll have a chance to win a raffle prize. There will be a smoothie bike for the kids.
Look for the Springfield Wellness Week calendar of events to come out in February.
