WESTMINSTER, Vt. – It was an afternoon of magic, learning, and fun. Six members of the Yale University Magic Society travelled to New England Kurn Hattin Homes Sunday, Nov. 3, to conduct workshops on basic magic techniques and perform a magic show. Kurn Hattin students, along with their mentors from Vermont Academy, were treated to a great show featuring mind-boggling tricks, optical illusions, and slight-of-hand techniques, which thrilled young and old alike.

The Yale Magic Society is an extra-curricular group from Yale University in New Haven, Conn. They perform regular shows at the university and are also active participants in Magicians Without Borders, a nonprofit organization that has traveled to over 40 countries using magic to entertain, educate, and empower.

The performance was made possible through the generosity of Terry and Marya Holcombe and the Yale Alumni Club of Walpole, N.H.
