ROCKINGHAM, Vt. – Landscapes by Rockingham artist Ellen Howard are on display at the People’s United Bank on the Square in Bellows Falls. The show runs for the month of December. Paintings include local and regional scenes. Howard is a member of the Saxtons River Art Guild and has displayed paintings at the Rockingham Health Center, Southern Vermont Art Center, and previously at People’s Bank.
