CHESTER, Vt. – This past Saturday May 15, family and friends paid tribute to Bernard Mowrey on his reaching the age of 104. Bernard was in fine form and wearing his WWII cap. The Legion Color Guard stood behind him.
It was a wonderful occasion. Many familiar faces were in the crowd. The birthday event was held on the Park. Those driving by honked their horns. Happy birthday Bernard!
