CHESTER, Vt. – Stone House Bed & Breakfast and Kettle Corn Company, located at 166 North St., in the historic Stone Village in Chester is excited to announce their grand opening.
Mark and Carol purchased the property last May and are equally excited to become active members of the Chester community. The Stone House Bed & Breakfast will offer two units for nightly and seasonal rental. The kettle corn is manufactured in the Cooper House, a separate building next to the main house, where it is believed barrels were once made in the mid-1800s.
The fresh kettle corn will be available and on display in the enclosed glass porch located on the left as you pull in to the driveway. The shop will be open Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and occasionally during the week for special occasions and events. When the kettle corn signs are out near the main road, the shop is open to the public. The Stone House Kettle Corn Co. is offering the traditional sweet and salty kettle corn but also a variety of unique specialty flavors as well as their own unique home made sweets.
