LUDLOW, Vt. – The Okemo Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce produces an annual guidebook both in print and online every spring. Businesses who are interested in participating need to do so by the end of March.
Chamber members are listed as an exclusive benefit of membership in various categories. Members can also add a description for an enhanced listing as well as do an advertisement for an additional charge. To learn more, go to www.yourplaceinvermont.com/advertise-with-us/guidebook.
This colorful, digest-sized booklet is great for marketing within the Okemo Valley region to both visitors and residents alike. It includes sections on area communities, dining, lodging, shopping, weddings, services, and what to do in this region. Thirty-five thousand copies of the guidebook are also distributed locally at hundreds of member businesses.
In addition, this informative publication is taken to some major trade shows and events such as the Big E in Springfield, Mass. in September and the NY Times Travel Show in January. These guidebooks are also distributed at the Vermont welcome centers. Plans are in the works to expand the guidebook’s reach to other major metro areas in the northeast.
Businesses that want to be included in the 2019-20 guidebook and are not yet members of OVRCC can learn more about the benefits of membership at www.yourplaceinvermont.com/join-the-chamber/member-benefits.
If interested in joining the chamber and being included in the next guidebook, businesses can sign up to be a new member right online at www.yourplaceinvermont.com/join-the-chamber/online-application.
Businesses in Okemo Valley are encouraged to take advantage of this unique opportunity to grow their businesses.
