VAULT is pleased to welcome book artist Elissa Campbell with a trunk sale of handmade books. Handmade photo albums are perfect for celebrating a special occasion or your everyday adventures. Store your photos and mementos in something that is sure to become a treasured heirloom. Leather book ornaments are perfect for the reader, librarian, bookbinder, teacher, student, bookworm, book conservator, or book lover in your life.

Elissa Campbell has been making books for the past 25 years and sells her work professionally under the business name of Blue Roof Designs. Her training as an art therapist has fueled her desire to create objects that allow people to celebrate their life experiences and tell their stories – she believes strongly that that everyone has a story to tell and is a big believer in the power of using books for self-expression. Elissa is currently chair of the Book Arts Guild of Vermont and is on the Vermont Arts Council’s teaching artist roster.

Gallery at the VAULT, a Vermont State Craft Center carrying the creations of 160 artists, is located on 68 Main Street in Springfield.
