WEATHERSFIELD, Vt. – Weathersfield Parks and Recreation present a free musical afternoon with local guitarists Jan and Mike Sheehy, The Milkhouse Heaters, at the Stoughton Pond picnic pavilion in Perkinsville, Vt., Sunday, Aug. 18, 2019, from 4-6 p.m.

The balladeer and composer duo joined the music scene in Boston where they received a nomination for a musical award and their compositions were licensed to TV shows. In 2003, they made the pilgrimage to Vermont, built a house, and joined the movement in revitalizing Bellows Falls. Their music is played by WOOL Radio. They joined the 14th annual Roots on the River with Fred Eaglesmith and can be heard at concerts around New England.

Come, relax, and enjoy the music with friends. Bring a picnic, chair, blanket, or sit on the benches inside the pavilion.
