Black River Girls Softball has two wins

LUDLOW, Vt. – Pitcher Andrea Stevens (Junior) threw for a no hitter, struck out seven, and walked four batters. She also hit a single. Our defense was solid and committed no errors. Alex Barton (senior) had a triple, single with four runs batted in (RBIs). Alice Faenza (senior) had a single and a double with three RBIs. Valerie Symonds (junior) had a single and double. Morgan Barton (sophomore) hit a single.

LUDLOW, Vt. – Alice Faenza (senior) led Black River High School with three singles, a double, and three RBIs. Alex Barton (senior) had three singles with six RBIs. Kassie Niklasson (sophomore) had a single, double and one RBI. Becca Rogers and Morgan Barton (sophomores) each had a single. Andrea Stevens (junior) had a single with one RBI. Stevens picked up her second win for the season.
