SPRINGFIELD, Vt. – Robert W. Gammon, 55, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 1, 2017 at his home in Grafton, N.H. He was born Oct. 1, 1962 in Springfield, Vt. the son of Robert K. and Barbara (Sawtelle) Gammon. He attended elementary school in Proctorsville, and graduated from Green Mountain Union High School class of 1980.
On Nov. 17, 1984, he married Kathleen “Kathy” Dulac in Lebanon, N.H. Gammon was employed as a machinist with Timken Aerospace in Lebanon, N.H. for many years, and most recently he was employed as a gage maker with Geocom in Lebanon, N.H.
He enjoyed working outdoors with his Kubota tractor, enjoyed music, computers, and technology. He enjoyed research, and from an early age had a curious and inventive mind. He enjoyed blogging, making YouTube videos, and enjoyed flying his drone.
He is survived by his wife Kathy of Grafton, N.H., two sons Jason Gammon of Lebanon, N.H. and Jesse Gammon of Grafton, N.H.; two sisters Beth Gammon of Springfield, Vt. and Dawn Wright of Westminster Station, Vt.; two aunts, one uncle, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was predeceased by his father Robert in 1995, his mother Barbara in 2016, and by his sister Amy Horton in 2015.
A celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 11, 2017 at his home on Tunnel Road in Grafton, N.H.
