Paul Leo Labbe, 1945 – 2017

BELLOWS FALLS, Vt. – Paul Leo Labbe, 72, of Westminster St., died Saturday, June 24 2017 at Grace Cottage Hospital, Townshend, VT. Paul was born Feb. 2, 1945 in Berlin, N.H. the son of Joseph (Hampy) and Henrietta (Hattie) (Demers) Labbe.

He attended schools in Bellows Falls, Vt. and worked for Richard Gutman, Paul Cray Fuel Station, and Dorothy Yoder as manager of the Stairside. He also worked for Whitney Blake and Roger Farnsworth.

Paul is survived by his son Jonathan Paul Labbe; daughter Sylvia Ann Labbe; brothers, Edmund Labbe and wife Joan of Maine and Dennis Labbe and wife Denice of Bellows Falls; sisters, Nancy Delisle and husband Roland and Carol Shaugnessy all of Wakefield, N.H.; two grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, and three brothers, Clarence, Kenneth and David.

There will be a Memorial Service, Friday, July 7, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Fenton Hennessey Funeral Home, Bellows Falls, Vt. Burial will take place in St. Charles Cemetery, Westminster, Vt.
