LONDONDERRY, Vt. – Have you struggled with growing roses? Do you want to care for your roses with greater ease and less effort?

Green Mountain Gardeners (GMG) invites you to join your neighbors and local gardeners for “Easy Care Roses” with Teresa Mosher on Monday, March 6 at 10 a.m. The presentation is open to the public and will take place at the Londonderry Rescue Squad Building, 6068 Route 100, Londonderry. This presentation is for gardeners of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced.

Teresa Mosher is one of the leading garden and rose consultants in New England. Mosher is currently the president of the prestigious New England Rose Society and spends her free time as a Horticulture Rose Judge and Consulting Rosarian for the American Rose Society. She is the author of “A Year in My Rose Garden” and owner of Purple Roses Publishing.

Mosher will provide essential information to anyone interested in growing roses in addition to sharing spectacular photos from her rose garden. According to Ms. Mosher, her passion for flowers, especially roses, started as a child when her dad would start seedlings and plant them in the family garden every spring.  This passion led to her work in the garden and her focus on roses. She truly enjoys sharing her knowledge for gardening with others.

What a wonderful way to step back from winter and imagine the budding of roses to come in the spring. The GMG is pleased to have Teresa Mosher and to be able to offer this opportunity to everyone in our community. If you would like to attend, please R.S.V.P. by February 28 to May Bigelow at
