WESTMINSTER, Vt. – On Nov. 8, at 1:30 p.m., Susanne Booth, N.D., P.T., will be giving a brief talk at Fit Body Boot Camp, on how stress affects women’s health, and there will be plenty of time for you to have your specific questions answered.
Stress can affect the endocrine system and suppress the immune system, affecting health differently in various stages of maturity. Come hear Susanne’s presentation to understand how you can better support yourself in today’s often stressful environment – no matter your age. Susanne will be discussing hormone changes that can occur with stress and provide you with strategies, such as herbal and nutritional supports, as well as lifestyle changes, that can help reverse negative impacts and minimize symptoms.
