BELLOWS FALLS, Vt. – The downtown district’s ever-expanding eateries are showing promise as Café 7 on the Square marks its six-month anniversary in the Opera House building. As the positive reviews pile up and the menu expands into exciting, new areas of their breakfast and lunch café, their hours will be expanding to include Mondays, starting in September, to serve the community on a more business-friendly basis.
Keeping the produce fresh and the meat nitrate-free is key to the couple’s commitment to the consumer. Café 7 is also committed to providing options for those with dietary restrictions by including gluten-free falafels, corn tortillas, salads, dressings, soups, and more to the menu.
Located in the historic downtown district of Bellows Falls in the Opera House building, the couple chose to repaint the space to bring a nostalgic feel that mirrored the brick-and-mortar architecture of the Square.
The high ceilings and tall windows create a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy a meal whether you’re passing through town, waiting for the train, or just taking a break during the work day. Café 7 supports the local arts community, which can be seen by the revolving artwork displays on the walls that are available for sale. Café 7 is committed to going green and supporting sustainable agriculture – by working with local farms and businesses to eliminate waste and bring the freshest, locally-grown products to the consumer whenever possible.
