WALPOLE, N.H. – Attendees at a High Tea, sponsored by Walpole’s Bridge Memorial Library and Jessica Fuller of Edward Jones Walpole, are guaranteed an elegant afternoon and an unmatched experience. The tea is scheduled for Sunday, Nov. 11, at 3 p.m. in the Walpole Town Hall. All proceeds will benefit the Bridge Memorial Library Renovation campaign. Attendees are encouraged to wear their fanciest hats.

In addition to tea and an assortment of homemade savory and sweet delectables, the afternoon will feature guest speaker Kathleen Rogers, who will share her knowledge of the culture and history of tea. Favors will be provided for all, and a raffle will include items from local vendors and artisans. Raffle items will be on display at the Walpole Library beginning Nov. 5; raffle tickets can be purchased at that time. Ticket holders need not be present for the drawing at the High Tea to win.

Tickets to the High Tea can be purchased at Bridge Memorial Library. Tables can be reserved for groups at the library or by calling Jean at 603-756-3983.

This is a great opportunity to socialize so bring you daughter, granddaughter, mom, sister, or BFF. And don’t forget those hats.
